What we collect
When you send a reservation enquiry we process your name, email address, stay dates, occupancy and any notes you add. We use this information only to reply with availability and prices.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) and, where you tick the form consent box, Article 6(1)(a). We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles or to change the website by audience.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your stay, then delete them unless the law requires a longer period. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing reservations@casinoluxehotel.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
